Refund & Return Policy

At Pentaradiant Global Export, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We take great care to ensure that every product we export meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
However, because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, certain conditions apply for refunds and returns.


1. General Policy

  • All our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not considered defects.

  • Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made or bulk export orders once production has started.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product compared to your confirmed order.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling

  • Normal variations in handmade products (color, texture, weave, or size differences)


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will inspect the product after receiving it.

  • If eligible, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as a credit note (based on agreement).

Please note that:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was on our part.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted only before shipment or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.

  • Once production or shipping has begun, cancellation requests cannot be processed.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please notify us immediately at [your email address] with photos and order details.

  • We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement, depending on the situation.
